Great experience working out. All the trainers are knowledgeable and they instruct us on what to do and how. I could feel improvement in myself and am on my way to great fitness. I would recommend everyone and the trainers Vidya and Deepa helps me a lot. Being a dancer I always wanted to build my strength and I could feel the difference in my dancing and everyday activities as well. The facilities are also good and the gym is well maintained.
