The Empire fitness center has been part of my life for 3 years. Now I am very happy with my experience. The gym is always clean; the staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts; they offer a great selection of workout sessions for all levels. I particularly appreciate the personal training sessions, which have helped me reach my fitness goals faster as well as to improve my quality of life. You will not be disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors.I sincerely thank you, Mr. Akhil (owner of this gym), my mentor, Mr. R Dhathathreyan, my personal trainer, and rest of the trainers, Mr. Lal & Mr. Sreejith, for their incredible dedication...
