My gym Beast Fitness is well -disciplined. Since I had some physical problems, I followed my doctor's advice and did both physiotherapy and personal training at the gym. Physiotherapy helped to some extent, but I didn't fully recover. Now that I'm coming regularly to the gym, I feel a great improvement. The training is given with a lot of care. Congratulations to the Beast Fitness and to my trainer, Manu!
