Good gym with all the necessary equipment and knowledgeable trainers. When I joined I was 74 kg and was overweight with excess fat, but with one month of correct diet and workout plan given by my trainer, I lost 12 kg in one month and i became fit. All the trainers and gym mates are friendly and it is a nice place to build up ur dream body and also to exercise to maintain ur fitness.

Pros- cheap and nice varied machines Cons- dumb rules like no tank tops, no protein powder in the gym, can't bring own weights(progressive overload is hard without required weights), lacks cleanliness. Overall, it's a good gym for average gym goers.

I have tried a lot of gyms around Trivandrum and this is by far one of the best for the price range. 400rs per month and a one time registration of 600rs. Not much space in the building and it is divided into two floors, nonetheless it has all the popular equipment. 3 excellent trainers who help you along the way. Honestly, I was sceptical at first but then the gains started coming in. Trainers give a high emphasis on form which helps you improve by leaps and bounds. Hope to use those 50kg dumbbells one day.
