Global Fitness Pro Multi Gym Thiruvalla

I have been struggling with fitness for a long time, especially back ache, shoulder pain, breathing issues, and have been neglecting my health for a long time. Most Gyms generally have a hard and fast way of warm that burns out a fat guy like me, thank god and my mother that I took a great decision with this Gym- they don't try to burn me out in the first 30 mins. My initial conversations regarding the Gym was with Nithin & Amal. Amal has been helping with making small steps towards a better and fitter life, it's really beginner friendly. I usually have issues discipline in coming to GYM as I find it tiring and boring to go to GYM as most fitness trainers just try to tire me out but here they have helped me to keep small steps without tiring me in the right direction. This is for the very first time that I have continuously gone to a GYM for a month straight, I am very confident that I will reach my fittest possible level with them. The crowd that come to the GYM is young that also lightens the mood, as usual I don't go with going to the GYM @5AM, and went with a more realistic 5PM which was much more helpful in me going to the GYM continuously. Plenty of Machines, Works in my Favour as I workout on my own, you can hire a trainer too. Friendly, Safe and Respectful environment filled with mostly Doctors, Students, and even Business Men. Been here for 6 months+, feeling to stay for another 6. Every age-group is accepted, Feel-free to drop in to check it out, God bless.

One of the best gym in town!! My husband and myself have been going to Global fitness for the past 2 months. Best experience so far. Recently renovated with brand new equipments. The trainers are superb!! Souparnika is my personal trainer and she makes sure that you are comfortable with the gym facilities as we were new to gym and we crossed half centuries of age. Diet plans are given according to the body needs, frequent monitoring is done to ensure that it's followed. Motivates us to do the workouts scientifically. One of the best things which I love is everyone is so friendly, motivates each other that you want to go to the gym every day.
