This is a very good class. It helps me to reduce my stress and control my anger. I used to be a very angry person, but this yoga class has helped me a lot. Now, I feel much calmer and more stress-free whenever I practice it. I don't know why, but it truly works. Whenever I face a problem or feel stuck in a situation, I'm able to handle it calmly--and it's all because of this yoga meditation practice.
