The best gym in kuttanad. Working out here was the only thing that made me happy during my college days in CUCEK (college near the gym). Special thanks to Jerin bro for being a good coach for correcting my form in workout. Also, Sijo Aashaan is a wonderful person I met there in kuttanad. All the best for the Bodystyle fitness Centre.

I am in Bangalore now.. I miss Sijo chetan and that gym a lot.... and Coach Sethu, Sethu bro, everything you say is true. He is educated,uprated and highly skilled mahn. I realized that when I went to many gyms. Thank you Sethu bro.

The best gym in Alappuzha. Educated trainers. Very supportive trainers. Especially SETHU Chettan. It's a good support sethu bro. This change in me is due to the knowledge that Sethu bro gave me.
