Very bad experience, However, many of the treadmills were out of order, The ones that did appear to be operational were either excessively noisy or had malfunctioning control panels, making it difficult to adjust speed and incline settings and even the stationary bikes squeaked loudly with every pedal rotation, and the resistance levels were inconsistent across machines. The maintenance and upkeep of the cardio machines were not a priority for the gym management. As a paid member,the lack of maintenance and investment in quality cardio equipment greatly detracted from my gym experience.
This is one of the Best, Well equiped Gym in Thalassery. The Trainers here are friendly and ready to help anytime. They are certified and explain the workouts with correct posture. The equipments are well maintained and easy to use. Seperate time for ladies. Ample space for zumba and Functional trainings. Changing rooms, car parking are available. And is pocket friendly too.
