Placed an order online for pro gear. The order status remains Accepted for days and there was no update or response. There's a partial refund and I had to reach my bank to raise a dispute to get my remaining money back. Edit1: After the one star review, I got a call and the remaining money refunded with the request to delete the rating. As informed I have updated my rating and edited the review to have the customer experience in record.

Dissapointed with their service. They had a badminton racket available on the website with stock availability as well, but when i called to order they apparently did not have it in stock but promised they would look for stock availability and get back in a couple days. This happened 2 weeks back and I am still following up with no answers. By coincidence i did not make the order online and pay for it, i would not recommend going with them unless you are sure you can go through the timeline to get back the money if they don't have it in stock, which i am not sure how long it could be. They need to improve on their service and website promptness and transparency.

It's the best shop to buy offline or online. I bought a racket named hundred rock 88 cost around 1500rs. At first I thought it is a scam or smth but when I talked to the owner he said no issue bro I can pay you your money back and u can pay me when u receives the order. Like unbelievable bro, i don't have words to define the amount of kindness and trust he showed on me. Even tho I disturbed him a lot he didn't get frustrated or anything , if the owner doesn't responds to your messages, he is busy so don't try to think bad or smth like fraud or scamming. He will later for sure respond. I would recommend everyone to consider this shop as the best for badminton purposes or other. They will give you the best experience. And it's not a scam

I had imported rackets from them and I had informed them to give photos before shipping. They had send without sending the picture. They had send me different kitbag and it has defect. And the racket string has broken at the first game itself. When I informed the person he's just saying 'Ayyo'. I keep sending messages to his WhatsApp and no replies. No any solution or customer support. Which means they need only first time buyers. The package I have received was not safe too. Some how the rackets was safe, but later string was gone. Marked racket got from them and look like not original rest my rackets caps different from them, when I asked about them they said they sold to me that's from china. Then they should mention on their ad in Instagram it's china. And they blocked me from their page. Be aware later you will be blocked from their page as well. I will never recommend this shop for buying products. Thank you.

Got the badminton racket here at a better price compared to online or other shops. The service was a bit slow, but overall it's still a good place to go
