Crystal Hyper Market

There was good behavior from the staff and they know everything in great detail. I felt they had better offers than Reliance Mart especially on Tuesdays and Saturday. Also good parking space is available along with a snacks counter. The store ambience and space utilization is so bad it could be made better

The hyper market is located near the Kims multi brand shop. The shop sell every paraphernalias and its not just a one floor wonder unlike other shopping malls in the city. The shop has 3 floors and is quite big. Their customer service was good. Even though the shop is quite large, the hyper market was quite congested with many stuffs. They could have arranged it better.

The cash counter girl with curly short hair, who treats customers with anger and very very bad attitude is enough to spoil entire staffs reputation. Usually the staff here behaves well but this one is too much attitude. Don't know why the management is still holdings her.

I visited Crystal Hypermarket (Kaduval) today at around 3:00 PM. When I got to the cash counter to pay the bill after buying all the items,The staff there treated me with a lot of anger. Their behavior was extremely bad. We, the customers, don't come and buy things without paying.The cashier staff there don't know how to behave with customers. I found it a rudely experience.

Fabulous hyper market in perumbavoor and the best one at this place. They have everything u r looking for groceries, fruits & vegetables, crockery items, gift items, plastic items, decoration items, bags and chappals, suitcases etc. All has mulitple offers. There r plenty of staffs for support and has all the payment options. There are parking for nearly 10 cars as well.
