What truly sets it apart, though, is the lady instructor she is knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly motivating. She takes the time to understand each person's goals and tailors workouts accordingly. Her guidance has made a huge difference in my fitness journey -- not only physically but also mentally. She's approachable, energetic, and truly passionate about helping others. Best gym in perumbavoor. Iv'e trained in this gym for 1 year straight. The trainers are very friendly and caring.. helping people in needs and very supportive..my body has not revealed its max potential but im assured that "bodyline" will help me doing it !!
