A newbie in the Gym, going here for the last 3 months. They have a systematic training for individuals it just based on their goals but also on your current health conditions. The equipments are all modern & sophisticated and never faced a situation of not getting access to one. The trainers are also rotated monthly for us to not get into a monotonous situation. If you are looking for a personalized training with modern facilities, don't look further.
