The equipment is old. Some are not balanced and are felt right away when we sit on it. Dumbbells have this protruding rod that extends a few inches away from the plates.

Im going here and the people who comes here do have a good mentality and helps us whenever we need them... The trainer here is also very supportive and if we do any mistakes in between, there are people who will correct us and make us enjoy our workout. The fee is also very less compared to other places. I would recommend you to go here. Thank you
