I joined 8 months back and have lost more than 10+ kg. My 2 Trainers Shruthika and Harsha have been very welcoming and supportive and Aunty especially gives all the support needed, Even someone who is not that good with rhythm she will customise to us and give workouts. Will defenitly suggest this place. They even have mixed batch.
