It was amazing to work with this teacher. She has an excellent yoga environment that to help you relax your whole body. She is also very patient to teach every yoga position. I feel very helpful when I taking her classes. She will create a new lesson for everyone according to their condition. You can trust this institution 100%. I experienced it.

I was looking for a gym. Fortunately gym was closed. While returning home, I stopped nearby ABM bakery. A board was standing there with title Shanthi yoga center. I joined the class and that marked a new phase in my life.

The Yoga instructor is well experienced and Sincere . The Centre offers basic and adavanced courses on Yoga asanas and Meditation . From my personal experience it is known to have fully cured people with variety of diseases like Obesity , Spondylitis , Severe Headache , Sugar , Suffocation , Depression to name a few.
It is very happy to know that , now the centre is offering online classes , which will benefit a lot more people.
