When I joined the gym, I was overweight and unsure where to begin. But just after 15 days of consistent workout and proper diet, I've already lost almost 4 kg! The transformation has been amazing, and I feel more energetic and confident. A huge credit goes to my trainer, who is truly excellent - supportive, knowledgeable, and always pushing me to do my best. I'm really happy with the experience so far and looking forward to continuing this journey!
