It's a perfect gym for guys. You will find everything that you need for weight training as well as calisthenics. For calisthenics you will have to train on your own though there is a trainer. Decently spacious. Not very crowded if you go regularly at the preferred time. And the interesting part is once you are part of it they don't even ask you the fees . It's okay for girls to come, there are few girls regularly and do expect anything very fancy like you will see in many out there. Equipment and the floor are nearly maintained.

Beat gym centre in oravackal with gents and Ladies gym.. They have a separate section for cardio workout also. Highly qualified trainer who help us throughout the session and they will help with our diet also. I had a good change after joining the gym.
