As a teacher, finding time and energy for fitness after my classes isn't always easy, but joining this gym was a game changer for me! In June 2023, I joined this gym. When started, I never intended to go the gym regularly and consistently. For only a month or two, I considered going to the gym. My weight at the time was 88 kg. I shed precisely 16 kg in the first 45 days following a rigorous diet and appropriate workouts. However, as of right now, I have been a consistent member of this gym for two and a half years. Mr. Sajid Babu (Former Mr Kerala), my excellent trainer, deserves all the praise. He is the head coach here. All his juniors(trainers) are very knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely caring about helping me to reach my goals. The schedule is flexible enough to fit around my classes and staff meetings, and the trainers really get that everyone's got different routines. Love how the workouts here help me de-stress after a long day in the classroom. Equipments are top notch, staffs are super supportive, and the atmosphere is all about positivity -- just what you need after handling lesson plans and students! If you're juggling work and trying to stay healthy, definitely give this place a shot. Totally worth it!

Honestly, I've had such a great experience at this gym! Coach Sajid is super motivating and always pushes us to do our best. He really knows how to guide and correct without ever making it feel stressful. And trainer Sanila is just amazing -- so patient, encouraging, and always there to help with every workout.
