KABANI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

In Kanani for transit lunch. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Ambience was good .Well behaved staff. Food served is good and hygienic. Menu is extra expensive with out any reason. Biriyani is average . Meals was good . Rest room is neat & week maintained. Minimal parking available.

We stayed in Kabani for a week as we were travelling and honestly was such a good experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, every member of staff treated us so well and honestly we would go back to see them. When staying we got a room that had a separate room for couches and kitchen area and a separate bathroom and bedroom. For a family it was a great room. I think the only problem would be that there was only one bathroom so we were struggling at some points and the extra bed was put in the floor which wasn't a problem but at other hotels they gave a frame and everything with it so it wasn't on the floor. The A/C being on and working well was a lifesaver in the heat. The food was amazing, I recommend the pineapple mojito - amazing! I think the only thing is ask what foods are available for dinner time and lunch time because they are all together and so you won't know what's not available. The breakfast was included for us and again was amazing, we all loved it very much. The location is very good in regards to the fact that it's close to the hospital and on the main road but recently there's been a lot of roadwork so travelling out and traffic was very hard. Also, I cannot forget the security guard was amazing, always helping us park, leave the hotel in the busy streets and always smiling. He definitely made our day, he and everyone treated us with so much respect. So overall, we were very happy.

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE Very very poor service and management. If you call for a room they'll tell you an exaggerated rate and would ask you to book online. And when you do that they'll tell you how they "do not have tie up" with that particular website!!!! Then suddenly they'll ask for an upfront payment for the room.. Very bad experience . They're not professional enough to handle situation and they'll just straight away refuse your payment details. Bullshit place never go there.

Honestly, this place was such a letdown. When I called for a room, they gave me a really high price and told me to book online. I went ahead and booked, but then they turned around and said they don't have any tie-up with that website. After that, they asked me to pay upfront directly, which just felt sketchy. The whole thing was handled so poorly -- no professionalism, no clarity. It just left a very bad taste. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here.

Had very bad experience, the staffs have no manners ,they are very rude , be careful while you make orders and always check the bill, otherwise they will rip you off, we had ordered dinner last night ,and it was getting a bit late, and called up the restaurant they asked me what was the order I repeated the order, they said will send soon, when I kept the phone down the waiter came with food in seconds , I called up the restaurant and said food is here already from restaurant they said sorry Mam it's already billed will bring the same order again , we kept the waiter waiting and said unless you cancel the second order we will not sign , they said ok we will not bill it.Morning when we went for check out they gave us two bills, said we have to pay, my husband explained and said I did not sign the bill, no one came forward, the lady at the reception tried to contact manager but he was very stubborn through the phone , he was in the hotel but never came down, they made us pay the bill so we made them prepare the same order today morning and then only made the payment, we gave the food to the near by auto stand. The breakfast had no choice just had to eat what they cooked. Hope the owner will read this. I really felt sorry for the receptionist. She just came morning,She understood the matter and said we were right, but can't do anything about it.Very very bad experience, my driver was locked in the toilet for half an hour, the lock got stuck from inside.He was shouting out for help from toilet and no one came for help.
