They have a machine for every muscle that needs toning. The also have an intense work out room/section where just a month of workout is guaranteed to give visibly noticeable results The staff here is well trained and guided by the management. Treadmills may require a bit of maintainence but otherwise all other equipments In good condition. The trainers get personally involved with all members and ensure each one is properly guided for the right workout.Timings are from morning 5am- 11 am and in the evening from 5 pm - 9 pm. I've been a member for the last 1.5 years, and it's been great overall. The trainers are skilled, and there's a good variety of equipment suitable for effective muscle building. The separate cardio section and abs classes provide excellent results for weight loss and core strengthening.
