A good gym with professional training.is a good choice

When I first came to the gym, I didn't like it. I played in a big gym and when I came to a small gym, I thought what would happen. It's not only the equipment but also the help of our trainer. I am Amal's friend and client from Bangalore. Known him for many years now. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable trainer. Amal helped me with an amazing diet plan for fat loss. In last 30 days I reduced my weight from 80.5 kgs to 73 kgs. He changed my diet every 10 days and it is a 40 days program with a target of reducing 10+ kgs. Even though I am not working out in any gym but just running, skipping and some floor exercises in a park every morning, his diet plan has been very effective.
