Fitness World is a great place to work out and improve your fitness. The best part of this gym is the trainer, Nihad. He has over 10 years of experience, is well-certified, and knows a lot about fitness and acupuncture. Nihad has helped many people reach their fitness goals, and his personal training sessions are very affordable. The gym has good equipment, but it can get really crowded during peak hours, especially in the evening. If you don't want to wait for machines, it's better to come in non peak hours , Morning 6 and evening 5 is also a good time for ladies. Overall, it's a nice gym with a skilled trainer like Nihad to guide you. Highly recommended!
