I joined 369 Fitness at a low point in my life, and it turned out to be one of my best decisions. Arun and Sudheesh are knowledgeable, beginner-friendly and women-friendly trainers who place equal importance on warm-ups, workouts, and cool-down stretches. The gym is very well maintained, and they are always approachable -- whether it's about posture, breathing techniques, resistance bands, or mobility drills. What I like most is the diverse mix of members, from late teens to people in their 60s, which shows the trainers' experience in handling all age groups. I was especially impressed by how they carefully guide older clients and pay attention to the smallest details like posture and breathing. Wishing Arun bro and Sudheesh the very best -- may they reach great heights!

Great place to work out! The equipment is well-maintained, the trainers are helpful, and the environment is clean and motivating I'm on a weight gain journey, and the trainers gave me solid guidance on both workouts and diet.
