I'm so happy with the service provided in this gym.Ratheesh sir,Prashanth,Rahul,Vinu,all of them effortlessly render the best support and motivation by providing a really comfortable environment and proper training.I highly recommend this gym .It's a hidden gem in Kuzhalmannam I would say.

I am a member in flex gym i go almost everyday to flex gym. The place is comparitively small but equipments and weights are of perfect condition. The place will be open from 5AM to 9AM and 3:30PM to 9PM
