More Than A Gym - MTAG

Great gym,great equipments and a good instructor..10/10

I am doing a strength and conditioning training program at mtag and I'm blown away by the results! The trainer Mr Rashid is knowledgeable, supportive, and tailored the program to my specific fitness goals. The workouts were challenging yet manageable, and I appreciated the focus on proper form and technique. The trainer created a motivating and encouraging environment that pushed me to give my best effort. In just 12 weeks, I've noticed significant improvements in my overall strength, endurance, and agility. I feel more confident and capable in my daily life, and I'm excited to continue building on the progress I've made. MTAG ! This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Super clean ambience. A special shout-out to JISHA she's always been very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this place

One of the best gyms I've gone so far.. like the name is , it's definitely more than a gym and if anyone looking for S and C coaching , go for RASHID ( Coach ) . He's been my coach since day one and I can't ask for anything more . He's the best !!

The gym is excellent, offering great facilities and a positive atmosphere. The strength and conditioning training is impressive, with knowledgeable trainers(especially Rashid). Highly recommend it to others..
