Very rude trainers except one extremely friendly young guy and strict time constraints. I was very rudely talked to for working out for more than 1 hour which I have to do because it was hard to come there daily so I wanted to get my sets in and the owner there apparently reviews the cctv footage or sth. Genuinely made me hate the place and will never recommend it at all to anyone who asks me. I've been in many gyms but none have ever made me feel so out of place. I was regretting not being able to quit. Also i had my shoe stolen there.
