Tryfit is one the best gyms around this place that provides cardio training, hiit, core training, yoga to name a few. The place is clean, air conditioned, have great fitness equipment, RO purifier and moreover a good ambience. Trainers (Faisal and Nihal) are well experienced in their area of expertise and provide necessary guidance and recommendations to attendees as per their need. Management (Hassankka, Jefsal) are very receptive of feedback and update the facilities frequently. Fun tip: They've got a good music system :)

I have gone to this gym for 4 months and I don't have any changes. The Trainers are not at all caring me and others. I need training because they wan't to take care of me because I am just a beginner and I am 14 years old. Bad atmosphere and there are many gyms in calicut all are better. So please keep your body healthy in an Affordable price. They are behaving very bad to the beginners who just started the Gym. First 1 week the training me carefully and giving me a better exercises. After that 1 week I found the change that the trainer is not at all coaching me. There are many Gyms around so choose your fitness. So Don't be in a trap like this worst Gyms. The try fit is the worst Gym I have ever seen.
