The gym is well equipped and the staff has enough knowledge to train customers. I don't think there is a better or affordable gym for students as well in the area. The facility is air-conditioned, allowing you to train in a peaceful atmosphere. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Team Greens for their cooperation.

So I've been going to Greens fitness for a while now and decided that it's high time I wrote a review for it. So the gym is currently divided into two floors with Aerobics room, Sauna etc on the bottom floor and with the main gym on the upper floor. Now coming to the equipments they have a wide variety of equipments, dumbbells, barbells, along with a bunch of treadmills, cross trainers and stationary cycles- in short they have all the equipments you need for your daily workout. Now coming to the trainers and staff, I personally found them to be excellent and really helpful- this goes for people even without personal trainers. The trainers are always ready to help and are quite knowledgeable. Now coming to the fees, I found it to be on par with all other gyms in the city and it is definitely value for money. I would definitely recommend Greens to everyone.

The new management is also really friendly and they work together as a great team. All trainers are also friendly and have great knowledge and they take care of their clients very well. It was my first time joining a gym when i became a greens member and how it developed genuine interst in me in fitness and health is all because of the friendly and highly knowledgeable trainers. It is the health that is the real wealth.. if you really care about your health, greens is the best choice in calicut.. With a few months itslef, my physique has changed a lot in a positive way.. Very passionate and friendly trainers, top equipments and a positive environment made me so comfortable to workout here... As a lady client, I felt very safe even during mixed hours.. the trainers and staffs do really care about us and ensure our safety. It's not just physical health, but also I regain a sound mental health after starting the session.. I must say the new management is taking the gym to next level..
