I have joined many health clubs before, but apart from all other health clubs Red Rockz health club is something special. This is the only gym I have experienced with friendly atmosphere. Best gym in Kozhikode for those who are looking for a hygienic and friendly workout space.

Red Rocks Health Club is a great place to be for your fitness needs. This Air Conditioned (A/C) fitness center also house an Aerobics Space. It was recently opened and the atmosphere here is great. It's not crowded as compared to other places and still one can spend as much time as they want. It is open on all days and the timing is between 5am - 10.30pm. The Ladies timing is in between 11am - 5pm. The trainers are of great help and have great experience which include training and coaching in abroad and in India.
