I've been training here for a while, and it's one of the most well-designed gyms I've seen in Kerala. The space is used smartly with only high-quality, functional equipment--no unnecessary machines just for show. They even have proper Olympic bars for deadlifts, which is rare in most gyms. The trainers are highly qualified and genuinely tailor programs to your goals. I took personal training focused on athletic performance and mobility (not bodybuilding), and they've been excellent at creating workouts that fit exactly what I need. The facility is always clean, and the overall atmosphere is motivating without being overcrowded. Highly recommend if you want a results-focused gym with knowledgeable trainers and well-maintained equipment.

The gym is located by the CWRDM road and there is limited parking. Racks for gym shoes and cabinets for personal items such as cell phones, water bottles are inside. They have around 7 trainers and the vibe is tremendously positive. Personal training is also provided at a higher fee. The best thing about the gym is the big range of workout machines that they have and all are new and the trainers are always there. People as aged as 75 years as well as those in all ages chasing a weight loss target workout here. One statement to describe the gym = The gym is the solution to all your problems!

Evolve Fitness is one of the best gyms I've been to. The place is always neat and clean, creating a very comfortable environment to work out. The gym has a great atmosphere clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. The staff is friendly, and the overall vibe makes it easy to stay motivated. A special mention to our trainer Saji, with whom we're taking family personal training sessions. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and tailors each workout to suit our fitness levels and goals. His energy and encouragement keep us going, and training as a family has been such a rewarding experience thanks to him. The owner Senis runs the place with genuine passion, ensuring every member feels welcome and supported. You can truly feel that the positive environment here comes from his leadership and dedication. A heartfelt thanks also to the Parking helper Chettan, who greets everyone with a smile, helps with parking, and takes such good care of our cars. His positivity is the perfect welcome to every workout. As a developer working from home and a busy mother of a 2.5-year-old, I had almost forgotten what it felt like to take time for myself. These sessions have given me my energy, strength, and confidence back -- reminding me that when I take care of myself, I can be my best for my family too.

I have been going to EVOLVE FITNESS CLUB for the past few months and I really like it. The gym is clean and has good equipment. The trainers are friendly and helpful. They guide me well and keep me motivated. The environment is nice, and I enjoy working out there. I think they can improve by adding more longer hours on weekends. Overall, it's a great place to work out and I would recommend it to others.
