It sounds like you had a very frustrating experience at the gym, particularly due to the attitude and approach of the gym instructor.
Later, while using the Smith machine, I adjusted the handles and accidentally made a sound that drew attention. Instead of a constructive response, the instructor shouted at me in a way that felt humiliating. This aggressive reaction made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome.Upon entering the gym, I reached out to one of the instructors for assistance regarding the machines. Rather than providing guidance, the instructor responded with an arrogant attitude, making comments about where I was from and questioning my experience level.Before which gym you used, and they wants know which country, place I used the gym. The entire experience was frustrating. Instead of receiving support and encouragement, I faced criticism and arrogance.
