The Facility is pretty big and has most of the necessary equipment. The bio-mechanics of almost all the machines are poor and won't target the required muscle group while training.All equipment are of AVON brand and is not a good quality one based on the mechanics. The trainers are okay-okay I'd say. The gym is kept clean and hygiene, has ample parking space, never gets crowded in the morning.
