Very nice fitness centre Very clean and very lovely and friendly behavior by the staffs. Also nice videos by owner of gym in YouTube channel. Hope they decrease the price a bit, but it is still worth the price but decrease in price will be appreciated...

its is very expensive but the space they provide is very small And they don't provide trail for intial members The place is not worth of money they are charging 2.5k range for a month and there is only one floor There are gym which are4-5 times bigger at this price

I've been a member at Better Life fitness for quite some time now, and I've consistently had a positive experience here. The facilities are well-maintained, the atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is always helpful. I wanted to address a recent negative review regarding the 20-minute limit on the treadmills and other cardio machines. Personally, I find this policy to be fair and necessary. It ensures that all members, including myself, have access to the equipment, especially during peak hours. Even during quieter times, maintaining this limit helps maintain a balanced environment where everyone can enjoy their workouts without waiting too long. The trainers have always been respectful and courteous when reminding members about this policy. Their goal is clearly to ensure that everyone has a chance to use the machines, and I appreciate their efforts in maintaining a positive gym experience for all members. Overall, I continue to enjoy my time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed gym with a focus on fairness and member satisfaction.

I've been at this gym for the past month, and although I typically don't leave reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience. There are two trainers, one of whom was somewhat rude to me. He made everything about money and didnot try to help me much. He insisted I start with cardio, but when I explained it wasn't my usual routine, he didn't try to understand and instead suggested I join a fitness class to improve my fitness knowledge . Despite being a premium gym with higher prices, there's a rule limiting cardio machine use to 20 minutes. Throughout the month, trainers closely monitored this, even via CCTV, and even by 1 minitue if i exceed they will ask to get down. I would have understood if there is a rush, but even if the gym is empty and noone else wants to use the machine they wouldn't let me. I feel like they shouldn't charge you soo much and restrict machines. When I raised concerns, they justified it by saying extended cardio is bad for the knees While the gym has decent equipment, I didn't feel welcomed or entirely comfortable. I'm glad my month is over and likely won't return.
