I have been going to this gym for over a month now, and it has been an excellent experience. The gym is clean, spacious, and never overcrowded, which makes the ambiance really enjoyable. The owner, Mr. Ashraf, an experienced Indian Army trainer, personally checks on members progress and ensures we stay on track. The coaches are well-trained, supportive, and approachable especially Coach mr.sinu, who brings years of expertise and guidance. Along with the tailored food and diet plans, the coaching has truly helped me make great progress. Highly recommended!

I've been training at ARK Fitness since August 2025, and it has been a consistently positive experience. The space itself feels like a well-balanced arena--there's enough room for weight training, CrossFit-style workouts, and cardio without it ever feeling cramped. The staff and trainers are friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in your progress. I've been working with Coach Subair for personal training, and he brings the kind of dedication you'd expect from a craftsman fine-tuning every detail of his work. He not only prepares structured workouts but also checks in on my form, my progress, and even adjusts for last-minute schedule changes. It feels less like a transaction and more like having a coach who is in your corner, making sure you don't just show up--but actually grow.

So I been to multiple gyms over the last 10 years, but nothing really worked for me until I happened to join here. A gym is not just about the equipment, but also about the people around you, and I am happy to say Ark Fitness has truly put my health in a new direction. The coaches are excellent, the equipment is well-calibrated, and the place is always super clean. Special shout-out and thanks to Coach Akshay, a true gem, calm yet constantly motivating and pushing you to give your best.

Ark is a great Gym, well equipped, well appointed and with an owner who is committed. Ashraf (owner) checks in often with his customers. Trainers are accomplished and knowledgable. My trainer Kavitha inspires and pushes me but judiciously and with care. I have rarely seen coaches and owners also double up as maintenance engineers for equipments. Ensures equipments stay at their smoothest.

I recently joined personal training program at Ark Fitness centre. My personal trainer, Sinu was incredibly motivating. They designed a perfect diet plan, pushing me to exceed my goals. The gym is well-equipped and neatly maintained . This is a place where you get genuine, expert guidance to help you reach your goals.. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about their fitness journey.

Being a beginner I absolutely loved this gym. Very positive and motivating atmosphere. Every trainer greets you with a smile always. Head coach gives curated simple diet plan that is very efficient. I personally feel happy going here everyday. Highly recommended.
