I've been working out at Beans Gym for the past few months. In the beginning, I was just doing the workouts without really focusing on my diet. But once I started following the diet plan given by my trainers along with my training, the results were honestly amazing. The cardio section was also really effective and played a big role in helping me lose weight. I managed to lose 7 kg in around 36 days, and I feel so much better--stronger, healthier, and more confident. I'm genuinely grateful to the trainers at Beans Gym for their constant support, motivation, and for guiding me every step of the way. This progress wouldn't have been possible without them.
