I've been a member of My health for barely 2 months now.Their facilities are top notch, always clean,and well maintained. There's a great variety of equipment to suit all fitness levels.and I expecialy thankfull Mr shahid abu as my trainer.I have seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective gym trainer.

One of the best place for gym at changuvetty for Rs.1000 monthly fee...place is neat and well equipped with advanced machines...have 2-3 friendly and knowledgeable trainers all the time...have good amount of parking space and challenges your motivation as the gym is at the 4th floor.

My health is the best gym in kottakkal...I'll recommend to everyone ....more comfortable and joyful places.....trainers are good.they are well knowledgeable about fitness. I got a best trainer mr.ARUN..he so nice and comfortable ..trainer AFLAH..ABU all are good in my health.. and I would thankful to Mr.ANEEFA he motivating well. And giving positive vibes.
