Its been many years im working out in different gyms in kerala, but this GYM is truly extra ordinary.
Clean and neat luxurious ambience, quality equipments and machines especially for leg workout and back, well trained and friendly trainers for both men and women is the highlight of ARMSFIT.
Ice bath and steam bath, many players and athletes frm different places are comin to use this facilities provided by the gym.
And FUEL UP, a counter for refreshments , protein shakes , pre workout and intra workout energy drinks, a % healthy restro inside the gym is truly remarkable.
Highly recommended for the people who are seeking for both mental and physical health.
