Highly recommended gym for all from my personal experience. Main highlight s the proffessional gym trainer Renjisha. She s superb. Her training sessions, proper guidance in diet n personal training n streching exercises for disc bulging issues helped me personally a lot to reduce the severe pain. Her dietplan n wrkouts helps in weightloss.

I have been a member in this gym for almost 1 month and I can confidently say it's the best gym I've ever been to. The service here is exceptional--the trainer is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it's answering questions about equipment, offering workout tips, or just greeting you with a smile, which make you feel welcome and supported. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to achieve their fitness goals!

I have been a member of this gym for about a month now and i can confidently say that it was indeed the best choice to join lady fit gym. I jave never been to a gym and this was my first time, so obviously i was a bit nervous but the trainer was so friendly and is always willing to help me whenever in need. Best gym in town. Initially I was little apprehensive about going to a gym;whether I would like it or not,would I have the motivation to be a regular gym person and all...But now I can't break my workout routine.
