Best gym in town. Must visit Astir fitness gold if you are planning for workout. I visited almost all gyms in town and then i choose Astir fitness gold. Another level ambiance and best machines ever saw. I suggest to everyone

Had an amazing experience here. The steam room, Ice bath and red light therapy is something I found different here. The strength training machines are top notch. I would recommend this place for people who are looking for an elite luxury experience here in Kothamangalam. The staffs here are very welcoming and friendly. Do check this place out!!
