The place is amazing.. The trainers are well qualified and are properly informed about the stuff they do. The Gym is well equipped and is maintained in a wonderful manner. There is ambient parking space and it is easily accessible too. If u need to shed some extra kilos or be in shape.. its definitely the best place in and around Kollam.. Totally recommend this..
