The Staff here is incredibly friendly and well qualified. They know how to push you to your limit in the best way possible with the workouts and you will not leave disappointed! The personal trainers so upbeat, motivating, encouraging and take interest in you regardless of what fitness level you're at! Thanks to the whole Team for building an incredible community and it's such a pleasure working out here! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape!
This is such a wonderful gym with experienced and friendly trainers. Highly recommended to everyone. Spacious cardio floor and weight training area along with high quality machines are provided here. Its a great gym in Kollam.

I joined the gym and enrolled in a PT session for 3 months. The trainer assigned was unprofessional and uninterested about the client who paid money for the session.I had really bad experience with the Personal Trainer .The admin did not even care to solve or follow up my concern when complained about the issue.This shows that they are either mis managed or they don't care about providing value to the gym members. The gym over all atmosphere is not upto the mark.The quality of equipment is poor.If you are familiar with the usual equipments, you'll easily know that when using it . Don't get fooled by their marketing gimmick of pictures.Beware of their pt session. They price the PT extremely low compared to others gyms and hence most of us throw the money without thinking.
The good thing about the gym is it is spacious and new(equipments are of bad quality).
I have been going there ever since the first week after the gym's inauguration & I absolutely my gym and definetly recommend. All trainers and Kishore bro are too friendly & helpful. You can find the latest equipments there too. Well cleaned & maintained and has all the convenient facilities required.
