I have training in this gym for 2 months now. As a beginner, I am greatly confident in support and training provided here. I have trained under Trainers, Ratheesh and Ashique. Both were helping and cooperating and helped understanding my lack in strength. The machines and equipments available here are upto the mark and ambient space provided. As a beginner, I can absolutely suggest this to anyone who is new to the fitness and gym profile.
