The coach behaves well with everyone. The coach guides each person through the workout in a very good manner. Every day features a different type of workout. At Hub, they make us do weight loss training, physical fitness exercises, yoga, running, circuit training, boxing, etc. After finishing the morning workout, I feel extremely relaxed and refreshed for the rest of the day. There is no age limit there. There is no distinction between men and women. There is no ego. Everyone shares a very good friendship. Workouts are conducted both in the morning and evening.
