one of the best gyms in kollam . Very experienced trainers hete at the gym. Mr jackson the head trainer helped me a lot to gain my fitness goal . I came for weight gain and i was 55kg now am 60 kg within 6 weeks . Thanks to Genesis fitness and my trainer Jackson for helping me to achieve my goal

If you're looking for a gym to join soon I would hands down definitely suggest Genesis Fitness gym. I joined the gym by late January and I've lost a considerable amount of weight in a short span with the help of my personal trainer Jackson and his trusted trainers. The trainers look upon how you progress and sets your goals to achieve which I found quite appealing. I've had a very good experience here at the gym and the motivation one gets from here is inexplicable. The ambience of the gym also adds to experience of the workout. And the fee is very reasonable . I am happy to be a part of Genisis family.

I've been with Jackson (PT) for the past few months, It's quite fun training with him and he is always available to help and guide.He's very helpful and explains things really well when introducing you to something new. I must admit that I'm really impressed,provided me with a workable and realistic plan, and I have the chats with him while getting a good work out done. The gym has a really welcoming and friendly vibe throughout.Would highly recommend as a PT, very friendly, knowledgable and encouraging and a genuinely nice guy to train with. I highly recommend reaching out to Jackson.. it'll be worth it..
