I've been going to this gym for 7 months now and I'm really impressed with the overall experience. It's a great unisex gym that is very affordable. The strength training is awesome. I've been working with the trainer Nishad, and he is incredibly supportive and helpful, providing guidance to ensure I'm using proper form and progressing safely. The gym always has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The other members are courteous and everyone seems to respect the shared space. The machines are very well-maintained. workout areas are all clean. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. It provides an affordable, high-quality workout experience in a comfortable, supportive environment, whether you're new to fitness or an experienced lifter.
