This gym is fantastic! The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. Plus, the facilities are easily accessible, making it a convenient place to workout.on top of it there is also boxing facility in this gym.

The only place so far in Kodungallur where i can do a proper squat and a bit of deadlift. Generally friendly crowd. Obviously not upto international standards. But real value for money. I would keep going there if i have to.
