My first experience with professional gym and iam never disappointed.This gym is clean, well equipped and gives a positive vibe.Trainers are super nice, friendly and they make me feel really comfortable.Everyday is a different workout ,so it is never boring. Its been a short time since I started and iam certainly satisfied thus far.

Definitely one of the best gyms in Kodungallur at present. Located at the heart of the city which makes it convenient for people from different areas to reach here. Well trained, professionally qualified and motivating trainers and staff. They have the latest internationally approved equipments. They offer Zumba and Yoga classes along with group aerobic classes. They also offer good ambience and other facilities like personal training, weight loss, weight gain programs, circuit and strength training as well. The gym has a positive atmosphere and the staff spreads positive and good vibes. They have separate timings as well. Well-maintained and well-kept equipments and rooms. They also have a separate room for warming up and stretching and yet another spacious area for group classes, Zumba lessons and yoga. They deserve a 5/5 for cleanliness and upkeep. They offer temporary lockers besides spacious and hygienic changing rooms and rest rooms. What sets them apart from other gyms is that they actually care about your physical and mental health along with your well-being. The results that customers get from here are amazing and effective. Definitely the best place to work out in Cochin. Their rates are also quite reasonable.

Highly professional trainers, very well crafted routines of zumba, aerobics, yoga and floor excercise which will never get you bored. These people will always motivate you at whatever fitness level you are and help you to be your better version each and every day. From my personal experience, I'm feeling much better, I got my confidence and cool posture back, my anxiety and stress levels dropped down and I also started to get lot of compliments from kith and kin. All the credits goes to my beloved trainers jayasree and tanuja and I'm so grateful for them for helping me out. Over all a very safe and comfortable place to achieve our health goals. Great gym with extraordinary facilities! Friendly and motivational vibe. The trainers are sooo friendly and patient throughout the workout sessions. Affordable and worth it!! Above all they provide therapy and acupuncture facilities!
