I can't say enough good things about this gym! As a woman, I've always looked for a space that feels comfortable and welcoming, and this place is exactly that. The staff is so friendly and supportive, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable without being intimidating.

DO NOT JOIN unless you know how to use the equipments, this place is not at all for freshers who do not know how to use the equipments. The trainers won't tell you what to use, what not to use, how to use etc. The trainers will always be with their buddies laughing and cracking jokes in the gym with them, and even if you ask doubts on using the equipments they hesitate to answer your queries. The trainers immensely lack professionalism and do not have the maturity to behave. Only positive is it has ample parking.
