Social Health Club is undoubtedly one of the best gyms in Kochi, especially for those focused on healthy weight gain and muscle building. The environment is super motivating, and the trainers -- Hari,Subin and Amal -- are truly amazing. They're not only professional but also very approachable and supportive throughout the journey. I joined the gym with the goal of gaining weight and improving my strength, and within just a couple of months, I could see visible results in my body, stamina, and confidence. Their personalized guidance in both workout and diet made a huge difference. I highly recommend Social Health Club to anyone serious about transforming their body, no matter their fitness level.

Very prosperous gym .Equipments are soo good .and the people there are so awesome and very helpful

One of the gyms providing quality training machines combined with saving our purse... The rates are as follow :- 1. Cardio + weight = 750 rs 2. Only cardio = 600 rs 3. Only weight = 500 rs At the time of joining, we need to pay a advance of 500 rs. One of the special things is you have vast space to do ground exercise.

Great Gym with best quality equipments and very good cardio equipments. They charge extra for the usage of cardio equipments but the monthly fee is affordable. Trainers are not dependable but its one of the best gyms in this locality.

Most spacious gymnasium in and around kalamassery, good lighting and natural ventilation. Sufficient space for ground exercises too. Sufficient equipments and weights of good quality. The gym is a relatively new one.

Excellent gym... Reasonable rates. Well equipped with all the required equipment... If the ladies changing room facilities were improved, it would be really good!

Joined while on vacation for 3 months they waived admission fees for me when i said i am there only for 3 months . Pay Less if you dont want to use the cardio machines .Very Reasonable fees, friendly trainers and lot of space and equipments.Only thing lacking is a solid old school squat Rack.
