I have joined the gym three months ago. I am having frozen shoulder (stiffness and pain in shoulder joint). By taking personal training, I had improved a lot, my shoulder is more flexible now and pain reduced a lot. And also there is a visible result in my body(inch loss). Thank you so much Gireesh for the results I am achieving. He is an expert in training and also he is a down to earth and a great guy. I thoroughly enjoy working out with him. I definitely recommend GIREESH and R3 FITNESS to anyone looking for a quality personal training.
